In▪Situ:
Making Memory Tangible

Description

A conceptual project that transforms acrylic from a commodity into an encoded key for storing personal memories. In-Situ refers to something existing in its original place or context, reflecting the project’s interest in preserving memories to revisit over time. Within a narrative retail environment, visitors explore how memories can be stored and revisited through the key. By placing acrylic in an archival context, the project gives the material’s durability a new purpose: keeping intangible experiences tangible and accessible.
